Oscillating Piston Pump

KELLER Pumps

Durable, safe and quiet

The piston pump is a powerful and reliable pump in compact design for continuous operation. By the electro-magnetic drive, the self-priming pump may be operated without an external pressure monitor.

Oscillating Piston Pumps

Functional principle

In the pump, a piston oscillating in a magnetic field with a frequency of 50 Hz between two springs back and forth. About two counter-valves the fluid is sucked and discharged by the pump. The diameter and the stroke of the piston determining the flow rate and the maximum pressure of the pump.

The pressure is self-regulating, that is, reaches the maximum pressure the pump, the pump will continue to run without taking damage. For this reason, the oscillating piston pumps manufactured by us can also be operated against a closed valve.

  • Low maintenance

  • Continuous operation

  • Self priming

  • Can work against closed valve

  • Works in all positions

Among the oscillating displacement piston pump of the long-distance runner is below the compact pump series for industrial applications. The pressure of the pump is self-regulating, that is, reaches the maximum pressure the pump, the pump will continue to run without taking damage. With over 40 years experience in the production and manufacture of reciprocating plunger pumps KELLER now offers the most comprehensive portfolio for oscillating piston pumps on the market. KELLER oscillating piston pumps reach at low power consumption is already very high performance with low self heating and can be operated with up to 100% duty cycle for this reason. Our oscillating piston pumps are self-priming, reliable and designed for a long life. Even short-term dry run phases are possible. Matching the customer application are different materials to choose from and for special purposes we offer Reciprocating pumps with integrated switch and bypass. Basically weakly acidic to highly alkaline media mm / s can be promoted up to a viscosity of 300.
